Dingleton, Glentress and Chiefswood Apartments from above
The Residents Association exists to represent and promote the interests of homeowners and residents.
We are a community of 110 apartments created from the original Dingleton Hospital buildings and grounds. The Residents Association works hard to create a pleasant and sociable environment for everyone all year round. Occasional social events and activities are planned throughout the year. Details of these will appear under News and also in the Newsletter.
To become a voting member of the Residents Association you should be an apartment owner or hold a long lease on a property here. There is a one off fee of £10 per apartment. Contact us for details of how to make this payment.
The Resident’s Association works closely with the Trimontium Management, the team responsible for the practical running of the site, to represent the interests of the residents.

Membership of the Residents’ Association is open to all of the residents of Dingleton Apartments, Glentress Apartments and Chiefswood Court in accordance with the provisions of its Constitution. The properties are all held on the same terms, and are subject to payment of a variable service charge. The Residents’ Association is regulated by its Constitution but is less formally constructed than Trimontium Management Company Limited which is a separate legal entity.
An Annual General Meeting of the Residents’ Association is held every year enabling discussion, by the residents, of matters relating to the estate. At this meeting the appointment of the Officers of the Residents’ Association and the Members of its Committee also takes place. Other meetings of the Residents’ Association may be called in exceptional circumstances in accordance with the provisions of its Constitution. The role of the Residents’ Association is to represent the collective views of the residents of the estate, address issues about which the residents may have concerns and focus upon the interests of the residents. It also aims to improve social and communal facilities for the residents and endeavours to arrange social functions such as the annual Christmas Party and the “Petanque” event in the summer. The Officers and Committee Members of the Residents’ Association liaise with Trimontium Management Company Limited on behalf of the residents.
