Colin and David can garden and carry out ground maintenance on the estate as they can work independently and keep to social distancing protocol.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the bin stores clean and tidy. Make sure all rubbish is put in the correct bins; that large boxes are broken down before placing in bins. Colin will be spraying the bins with disinfectant please play your part in keeping the areas hygienic!

Kenkleen are not able to clean the communal entrances and hallways due to the restrictions on their business. Therefore, in the interim Colin will be disinfecting handles and handrails. We ask for your patience and help in keeping these areas clean and tidy.

Please keep your dog on a lead. Pick up and bag dog waste and dispose of in the bins provided around the estate. David has now started to cut the grass; if there is dog mess laying on the ground then the grass cannot be cut in that area.

Keith Braithwaite, the electrician is still working on outside lighting so please report any problems and he will try to help us with emergencies!

Due to the Management Team self-isolating the estate will not be monitored daily. If you notice something that needs our attention please contact Dave Selby on 01896 822 630 or 07585914228 or email: management@trimontium.org

Please also contact us in an emergency and we will try to help – Stay safe and keep well!
